Practical Ways to Wellbeing

This workshop introduces some positive, practical strategies for improving wellbeing and is suitable for anyone ages 16 or over looking to improve their won wellbeing.

The workshop will:

  • Enable participants to think about what wellbeing mean to us
  • Provide an opportunity to examine the link between physical and mental health
  • Help participant to understand and use the 5 ways to wellbeing, and to identify ways they can improve their own wellbeing
